I never received shipment

I never received shipment. Please help. I'm a disabled veteran from Iraq. 3rd armored 12th combat engineers. I have a very little income and I saved for a treat. They never delivered. Bad deal on crowd cow. Very bad.

Wagyu beef from Crowd Cow does not taste like in Japan

We ordered Wagyu beef from Crowd Cow. While the meat looked similar to Wagyu beef, it did not taste like Wagyu beef in Japan. We felt nausea after eating the beef from Crowd Cow. We have been to Japan several times. The Wagyu beef from Crowd Cow is vastly inferior to the Wagyu beef in Japan. Crowd Cow should be ashamed of selling low-quality beef! This company seems to be a fraud.

Beware of this company- FRAUD

Beware of this company! They charged my credit card for over $4000 in the last 30 days and I never made one purchase from them directly. Either they directly or indirectly helped someone with online fraud. I have frozen the card now. This was the ONLY fraudulent charge so this company never verified the associated address or used identity verification to confirm the purchases were authorized. When I alerted them to the fraud there was no response. This company has sketchy business practices and should not be trusted.

I have been a crowd cow customer for…

I have been a crowd cow customer for quite a while-21 orders! Last order I purchased Ralston Cattle Co.’s short ribs. Total rip-off, all fat and bone. Zero response from multiple texts to customer service. Inexcusable.

There is NO customer service with CrowdCow

There is NO customer service with CrowdCow. You either have to text them or email them and await their mercy to get back to you. There is no phone number to call. If your shipment is late, they just give you a boiler plate response stating that they packed enough dry ice to keep the meats frozen for an extended period of time. In other words, they are no help at all.
My problem is that my order was supposed to arrive on Friday and it was delayed until Monday delivery. One day might be ok, but 3 days is a bit too much for my comfort. In addition, my $400 order was supposed to be for Valentine's Day (Sunday). This left me scrambling for alternative V-Day events.
I will source my meats elsewhere in the future and I will highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Missing items in the box, bad customer service.

I did order at Crowd Cow because I did hear about it from a trustworthy source. I saw Wild Alaskan Halibut and decided to try it. I placed an order with many different items beside Wild Alaskan Halibut to get free shipping. My package arrived as expected in 2 business days. I was excited to try new products, especially Wild Alaskan Halibut, but to my surprise, Wild Alaskan Halibut was missing in the box. I immediately send a message to the company asking about missing items, but not get an answer in 24 hours. The next day I send a message to another email address and got no response also. Finally, after 8 hours from my second email, I got a response from them saying that they credit my account at crowd cow for missing items (not my credit card). I was surprised because I didn't create an account with them. So I send another email asking either to send my missing items or credit my card and I got an interesting reply saying that can't send missing items because their system does not allow send orders less than 50$ and they credit my card in 3-5 business days. What a poor company, their system doesn't allow me to send what I ordered! Not recommended at all!

Please do not do business with this…

Please do not do business with this company. I had purchased a $200 gift card and inquired about the first time 25 off discount for first customers. The only response I ever got was asking my name and email address. I waited a week and reached out several times both by email and text since this company is so unprofessional they don’t even have a phone service. Needless to say I was ignored on every response and asked for my $200 gift card to be refunded to which they also ignored. This company just wants to take your money and not respond to any questions you may have or anything else. Avoid at all costs.

Somebody illegitimately used my email…

Somebody illegitimately used my email to make an account on this website. For some reason there is no email verification so someone was able to make an account without my approval. I contacted customer service and the person's response didn't match my request. I will never use this website and I reccomend it to nobody.

Mosner Family chicken raised right Fantastic

I placed an order, I was surprised it was shipped from Cargill, not what I expected, not a local SMALL company, I complain and was immediately responded to, by someone I declined to listen too. But, what I want to say, the chicken thighs I ordered, were delicious, I never knew there was that much difference in taste compared to store bought. Just salt and pepper, and my oven, I'm glad I didn't marinade it our seasoned anything more.The Mosner family's Chicken raised right Chicken thighs were fantastic, I have another package in my freezer and it is taking everything I got to save it for a later day.

I am a (former) long-time customer of Crowd Cow

I am a long-time customer of Crowd Cow. At my peak I was ordering at least once a month. Their service has taken a beating during the pandemic. While I am a fan of their products, their delivery relationship with FedEx has become undependable. My last three orders arrived in a state of thawing. At least two days later than promised, with all dry ice gone. Their response? Well, as long as it’s still cold, put products in the refrigerator and use them soon.
But that is not why I use their service. I have ordered from Crowd Cow to stock my freezer...and you should not refreeze thawed meats.
And their customer service is non-existent....cutting and pasting the same response, and offering no interest in the fact that a promised “two day” delivery is taking four days.
Very good product...horrible delivery and customer support.

Wow I'm not alone

Wow I'm not alone. Bottom line you can't get a hold of anybody. Emails are AI. Text are AI. After many bad post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even freaking Pintrest, I got a humanoid response putting the blame on FedEx. The farmers have good product and you should try and deal with them direct after explaining your experience with Crowd Cow. They take no blame. Research other vendors if possible. Investers take note on this, this company has extremely poor customer service. Look at these poor reviews. You don't deserve to represent good folks of America. It's not the delay bozos, it's your pathetic response.

Unresponsive customer service/sends thawed meat

Please do not use this company if you value good customer service. I made 3 attempts to reach customer service when I was notified that my delivery would be 4 days late. I only received canned email and text message responses. Once I received my shipment, all the ice was melted and all but two pounds of ground beef were thawed. I reached out via email and text message to let them know of my dissatisfaction as I would not be able to use all the meat prior to it going off. I have yet to receive a response of any sort. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware with these folks!
